  • the journey

    come along with us!

  • the story

I'm Rachel, and I work with copper and flowers.

I grew up in a household of inventors and experimenters. My dad was always tinkering and coming up with simple solutions to everyday problems. When things broke, we didn't throw them away: we fixed them!

Fast forward a couple decades, and I found myself lucky enough to work at creative agencies where I was surrounded by clever, talented graphic and product designers. This taught me an appreciation for well-designed, beautiful objects.

When I started planning my wedding, I wanted to take on a few key elements that I could personalize and design for my needs. I wanted a copper wedding arch for the ceremony backdrop, and I knew I could source it from a vendor or build it myself. This was my opportunity to combine practical, hands-on production with something that I found aesthetically and creatively pleasing. I also discovered a love for floral design, using delicate and ephemeral materials -- flowers and foliage -- to create sculptures that make a brief but beautiful impression.

Through Euclid Design Co. I weave together these different parts of myself. I'm able to create elegant and refined designs that bring elegance and subtle beauty to important moments in your life.
