Industrial chic meets modern botanical at this Toronto wedding

Joanna + Bryan blended modern + traditional touches to get married in style at Airship37 in Toronto's Distillery District

Sometimes, a florist decides to take a wedding on what seems like a very thin reason. You might think that happened for me when it came to Joanna and Bryan's Airship37 wedding. As soon as I saw the email from their planner, Karin Wu, and the colour palette they were working with, I was on board. Apple red, lucious peach, emerald green, and navy blue!?!? YES. Bring on the colour-loving brides, because I am all for it!

Joanna and Bryan brought together modernity and tradition in their celebration. Joanna's sleek dress, from Loversland, paired stunningly with Bryan's traditional barong. They used a hyper-modern, monochromatic black-and-white base for linens and ink, and built on it with fun, bright florals.

For more behind-the-scenes perspective from me and Karin about this stunning wedding, and for more amazing photos from Daring Wanderer, check out this feature on the Berkeley Events blog!
